What it brings you

Proof of provenance and origin

Every batch traces back to identified trees on a surveyed plot — a record built while the material moved, not a declaration written afterwards.

Every paper trail in one record

Weighments, processing logs, laboratory reports and transfer documents stop living in separate files. One chain, one reference, one place to look.

Evidence for CITES and beyond

Species, origin, quantity and supporting documents assembled per batch — ready when an importer or an auditor asks, rather than reconstructed under pressure.

Our technology

Three layers. One passport.

Provenance fails at the seams — where a record is asserted rather than measured, where material is substituted after the paperwork is written, where a buyer is asked to believe rather than to check. Each layer closes one of those seams.

Layer 01

A complete digital overview of your plantation

It starts in the ground. We survey the plot and give every tree a permanent identity, so your record is built from the plantation outwards rather than assembled at the point of sale. Girth, height, age and status are held per tree and updated as the stand grows.

  • Plot boundary, per-tree position and terrain from a drone survey
  • Every tree carries an identifier for life — nothing is counted twice
  • Growth measured over time, not estimated at harvest
  • Your stand, visible as one picture, at any moment

Layer 02

Forensic signatures, where you want them

A record can be perfect and still describe the wrong material. Where a batch is worth the cost, we take a sample at harvest and have it analysed, then bind the result to the batch that produced it. Chemistry the buyer can re-run, rather than a claim they have to accept.

  • GC-MS profile — the oil's own chemical fingerprint
  • Stable isotopes and trace elements — where the material grew
  • DNA barcoding — species identity for wood and chips
  • Optional per batch: apply it where the premium justifies it
Accredited laboratories · ISO/IEC 17025 Identity and origin — not grade
Layer 03

Soil to oil, on a tamper-evident ledger

Every act writes one entry — the tree felled, the logs weighed, the chips graded out, the oil drawn. Entries are appended and hash-linked, so a later change cannot hide an earlier one. The trail builds itself as the work happens, rather than being written up afterwards.

  • Official permits and certificates linked into the same record
  • Mass balance — what leaves can never exceed what was declared
  • Tamper-evident seals can be fitted to the container, binding the physical goods to the record
  • Permissioned and private; no tokens, no public chain
  • Prove a claim without exposing your yield, buyer or price
